Q: What is a virtual tour?

A: Our virtual tours are interactive flash based presentations that you and your clients/customers can use to view a featured property in it's entirety.

Q: What is required to view a virtual tour?

A: Our virtual tours are viewable in any web browswer that supports flash and is connected to the internet (preferably over a broadband connection).

Q: How long does it take to make a virtual tour?

A: The time required to create a virtual tour is dependent upon many factors. These include, but are not limited to, the number of scenes in the tour, the number of static shots, how many hot spots and links to be included, and more.

Q: What's different about your virtual tours?

A: Our virtual tours are fully interactive, perspective corrected, and cover the full view. You can see 360 degrees around you, as well as a full 180 degrees up and down. Nothing is hidden except the camera and the photographer.

Q: What about tours for real estate professionals?

A: We've worked with many realtors over the years and realize that many, if not all, Multiple Listing Services require that any virtual tours linked to the MLS be unbranded. This is no problem, as we'll create two web pages for the tour, one unbranded and the other branded with the agents information.

Q: What about custom skins?

A: We have an inventory of stock skins for the tours, but if you would like, we can have our designer create a custom skin for your tours. There are additional fees for this service, but once created, you can use the same skin over and over with no additional fees.
