Seems like everyone is talking about virtual tours these days. It doesn't matter if you are selling real estate, promoting your business online, or just want to enhance your existing presence online, virtual tours are the current hot seller.

What IS a virtual tour?

Well, that's going to depend on who you ask. Virtual tours can be as simple as an automated slide show (that's a tour?), or a horizontal image which may show you anywhere from 180 to 360 degrees (horizontally scrolling, no vertical movement), to a non-interactive streaming video with voice and sound. Then there are the true interactive virtual tours, shot with high-end equipment producing quality images which are then turned into a top of the line, fully interactive, virtual tour! These tours offer full 360 degree horizontal movement, as well as full vertical movement. NOW you can see the whole picture, nothing left out, nothing omitted or hidden from your view.

Benefits of our Virtual Tours

  • Fully Interactive: Our virtual tours are completely under the control of those viewing them. Though our tours start in a self running mode, as soon as the viewer clicks anywhere in the viewing window, they have full control. They can look up, down, spin left or right, as well as zooming in our out of the scene. This is what a true virtual tour offers.
  • Online Streaming: Even though our individual scenes may be up to a meg or more in size, with our streaming technology, viewers will notice little or no delay while viewing the tours. (Though bandwidth will make a difference.)
  • Brandable: When shooting for the real estate market, we often have clients ask if we can create two different tours for them, one branded for their own sites, and one unbranded, for use with their MLS. This is something we do on a regular basis, so is no problem.
